“The Dash to Cash Challenge" is a skill-based promotional game show. No purchase is necessary to participate or win. Winners are determined based on performance in skill based challenges, not by chance. All participants receive an initial guaranteed cash reward determined by the show for that episode, which may correspond to the value of the associated delivery being facilitated onsite at that location, that day. Additional cash may be earned based on performance in trivia and/or a combination of other skill based challenges. Participants are not selected by random drawing.

How to Play

​

1. Eligibility: Participants MUST be 18yrs.+ in order to play and/or win.

 

2. Selection Process: Each day at 11:30 a.m. & 6:30 p.m. (local time) the next delivery accepted by the official "Dash to Cash Challenge" vehicle "Dasher" (driver) anywhere in the continental United States triggers the next game show opportunity.​ Next, that specific delivery customer which placed the order (whether a individual or commercial business) is contacted by phone and text message by the host directly through the "DoorDash" app. verification system, prior to their delivery arrival.

 

They are thereby informed that their time-based delivery has initiated the next guaranteed cash payout via "The Dash to Cash Challenge" mobile game show and that they have no obligation to purchase anything or to participate in any manner whatsoever, if they choose not to.

 

Participation requires agreement to sign the "The Dash to Cash Challenge" waiver and agree to appear on camera at the time the delivery is being facilitated. Only participants are eligible to receive cash payout and/or compete for additional prizes.

 

If the original DoorDash customer opts out by choosing not to participate, is unavailable or is otherwise ineligible. The opportunity is offered to another eligible individual at or near the location (at the sole discretion of the producer) who can agree to the same terms and video content waiver/s etc. as the originally opted-out contestant would have. They are guaranteed the same base cash reward for that episode. Once these terms are met, the game show can begin.

3. Expiration: Each scheduled game show prize payout opportunity is timed based. If no eligible, willing and available contestant is secured as a participant on-site within 7 minutes after confirmation that the original time-based delivery selected contestant has opted-out voluntarily, is unavailable or is otherwise ineligible, that payout opportunity completely expires.

 

4. Guaranteed Reward: Each contestant begins with a guaranteed base cash reward determined by the show for that episode which cannot be reduced or lost.

 

5. Skill Based Prizes: They are then given a series of 3 general trivia questions or mental/physical challenges with scaling difficulty and prize payouts. Incremental cash prize increases are 100% locked-in and guaranteed once achieved.​

6. Additional Prizes: Additional prizes, bonuses or promotional incentives may at times be offered by sponsors or the show based on participation, community support or contestant performance. All such awards are determined at the discretion of the producer based on availability, production discretion and strict legal compliance.

7. Alternative Method of Entry: No purchase is necessary. Individuals may request to participate by submitting a request via the form provided at dashtocashchallenge.com. Selected individuals may be invited to participate in a future episode.​

*Void where prohibited. All decisions made by the producer are final and binding. The producer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any game or prize due to safety, technical or operational issues.

Notice of Tax Compliance: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants receiving total prize winnings of $600 or more within a calendar year may be required to complete a Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 as required by law. The Dash to Cash Challenge and its sponsors reserve the right to withhold prize payments until required tax documentation is completed.
